  • Today I want to share with you CHANKO-NABE.

Japanese cooking is truly so sophisticated. I’m enamored by your culture’s taste and techniques. Not just the food but your sense of design, work ethic, everything. Happy 2021✨

I made this recipe for the first time last night and I must say, it was one of the best dishes I've ever made (and I cook alot). It was even better the second day after left in the fridge overnight. Thank Kitchen Princess Bamboo! This will definitely go into my regular recipe repertoire.

I love how direct and simple this video is. It is calming and easy on the eyes with the color and lighting; very professional. When you share some information about the recipes origins, it does not take away from the goal of simply sharing this beautiful recipe. Well done. God bless.
