A tip for the chain tensioner, mount it relaxed on the chain with the chain tensioner and spring still out first. Take a long thin bolt and put it in the chain tensioner hole and gently snap it to the correct tension. Then insert the spring and mount the bolt.

But mid to high fifties are possible with proper gearing, cvt tuning, carb tuning etc. Unfortunately I can't garauntee any specific top speed because everyone's tune and setup will vary. There are too many variables to give a definitive answer. A 52mm kit like this will approximately double your hp, how you harness that power is what determines top speed.

I have a 47mm maximum speed at the moment 52 miles. variator with a diameter of 106 mm weights 6 g belt does not reach the maximum diameter of 4 mm
