- Today we take Japan’s Shinkansen Bullet Train from Fujikawaguchiko to Kyoto! This was our experience!
The route we took (fastest + most convenient):
1. Start at Kawaguchiko Station
2. Take a 1 hour bus ride to Mishima Station
3. From Mishima Station, take the Shinkansen Bullet Train to Kyoto!

Superb coverage and I enjoyed your mount Fuji video. I was there in Kyoto last December. It seems you stayed near Nijo castle. The train you took after bullet train also good service called JR. the seats can be turned to both directions by just pushing the rear rest backplane. Their MOS burger is also good. It is best to get tickets from counter for bullet train. The staff explains and you get better price as well. I paid 140 dollars reserve seats just two stops from Kyoto to Tokyo. Food trolley was pushed in sold lunch items , drinks. I hope see Inrai , Arikishmaya bamboo forest videos soon. ❤take care and stay blessed 🎉.

We bought a JR pass when we went to Japan since we covered Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Also honestly expensive upfront at like $200+ USD but it already includes tickets for Shinkansen, Narita Airport express, and regular train lines that is operated by the JR line. I didn’t know the standalone ticket for the bullet train costs that much! I really enjoyed watching your videos!

Next time you guys can go visit Taiwan. I’ve been there 5 times with friends. Great food( especially at the night markets) , ppl are friendly and hospitable. You can go to the mountains or beaches within an hour and enjoy the nature. The scenery is mind-blowing. Such an underestimated country.

Just thought I would mention that you guys did not go to Torikizoku… that was on the second floor, you guys went to a different place… you can see the flag for Torikizoku that clearly says “2F” at 13:24…😜🤣
Torikizoku is definitely worth a visit as well, great place for low key eats and drinks, easy to order as well!

In case you're still in Japan- you can't put your suitcase behind those seats at the back - it's reserved for those back seats. If you need to use them you have to book those seats.

Have you ever heard of Izakaya 居酒屋? That is a place where you can especially enjoy alcohol in Japan. It is like a pub. Torikizoku鳥貴族 which you ate your dinner at was also Izakaya which is really popular. Anyway I hope you enjoied traveling Japan. I really like your videos from Japan.

Ann, why don’t you guys go to Baler Aurora? I know you been to 0:01 already and there more place to see besides your usual place. If you go to Baler you will like it there. It has a very historic places and peaceful place as well. I would highly recommend it so you can see the other side of the Philippines.

How much was the tickets? I just bought ours tru a website, ninja rail, for 380 USD for two, Oska to Tokyo. I dunno if that was cheaper than if I buy one in Japan.
Our ticket from fuji kawaguchiko to Kyoto was around $120 cad! But Osaka to tokyo was is more expensive, around $180 per person when we were there. We actually flew from Osaka to tokyo cus the flight was only $60 person, a cheaper option.

Hi! We didnt have to pay for luggage, it was included with the ticket. Apprently there is an app called “smart ex” where u can pre book tickets 😃

We actually bought our tickets at the counter in the station so someone could answer some of our questions 😃
Curious how you used the luggage storage space on the train now reserved only for people who reserved seats directly in front of that space. ??? Any issues doing that?
There is actually a completely different car for those who reserved :) so there’s no issue when bringing your luggage with you!

Just wondering if you got the JR rail pass to access the trains?
Unfortunately we didnt get it but i dont think we needed it to be honest. We didnt really ride the train as much as we thought we would.
Not sure if I missed this, but do you think it’s necessary to buy your bullet train ticket ahead of time (smartEX app?) or right beforehand at the station is okay?
I highly recommend buying it in advance so u can reserve ur seats! 😊
