Solo Tarp Winter Camping- solitude and peace in Algonquin Park

I needed to clear my head and get out in nature by doing a simple solo tarp winter camping trip. This was my first winter camping adventure of the season and my first solo camping trip in a long while. I explored a backcountry part of the old railroad bed near highway 60 in Algonquin Provincial Park. The railroad stopped operating in the 1950's and makes for good hiking and bushwhacking through parts of Algonquin.
