As far as I know, no. Although you can control the media, you cannot upload them directly to the device-if you mean the older model Gear Fit2, in which it was possible, now with GF3 it is no longer possible.

If you need to turn off Sleep mode check the routines on your phone. If it's just to keep the routine from being propagated to/from the phone, then in the watch settings on the phone in the Modes section, turn off Sync modes with phone
