Help for OCD: the International OCD Foundation

OCDeconstruct is a digital OCD Conference designed take Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) apart. The goal is to give those with OCD, and their loved ones, the information needed to understand key concepts so they can get a productive start on therapy and recovery.
As part of this event, key decisionmakers in the community were interviewed including Dr. Jeff Szymanski, Executive Director of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). The IOCDF is a donor-supported nonprofit organization and their mission is to help everyone affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and related disorders to live full and productive lives.
