    Its not just daily calories you have to track but your weekly intake too. That one meal is over your whole weeks calories. I wouldn't take diet advice from maddy lol

RICE Khao ya na Khao .. but MADDY excess khati hai so hobe ka chance bahut zyada hota hai and OMAD karti hai to sudden sugar RUSH hoga.. which may lead to diabetes in future

    Alongside with OMAD, a calorie deficit diet is compulsory. It's pointless for you to be on OMAD if you're eating excessive amounts of food as your one meal. If you have a dietitian, then I believe, you need a new and better dietitian who'll guide you better.

    I respect her choice of doing OMAD lifestyle and her way of doing it.
    Just for any viewer out there, who is doing or considering OMAD diet, please note that, it is suggested to consume fibre and protein as the source of food.
    Consuming huge amount of carbs(include starchy veggies) after fasting, would only lead to huge spikes on your blood sugar. In a long term period it would lead to insulin resistance and lead to diabetes.

    23 ya 16 hours ka fast karo, aur jo time khane ka hota hai, usme itna jyada khana khane se gas aur acidity hoti to hai hi, aur weight loss me koi fark nahi padega 😌

    Jisko bhi healthy way mai weight loss karna its the best advice to not follow any such diets like omad or keto..cause these are not long term solution..till the time u follow these u would see a decrease in weight and the time u leave it and start to follow a normal routine u will again gain back those weights ...so its best to be in a normal routine have little portions of food whole day consisting of protein , vitamin , carbs , good fats , minerals all these and daily 30-60 minites of intense workout and 2 days of easy and light workout/rest according to ur body need for the repair and recovery and 7 hours of sleep ...its the best healthy way one can follow ...

    Your OMAD diet is of no use, as a northeastern i suggest you try boiled veggies with rice ( rice with small quantity and lots of veggies)in your OMAD diet , we northeastern are very healthy in terms of diets and all. Just a suggestion if you want to look fit cause you are not looking fit anyhow trying this OMAD shit!
