Possibly the best vocal wails ever, in Rock and Roll.
He is only second to Robert Plant!
He was amazing for sure
@@juliemanarin4127 You would have to turn the mike up to hear Plant with Daltrey. With Daltrey you would have to turn his mike off to hear Plant.
Daltrey/moon/Townshend vs plant/bonham/page. Debate for the ages.
@@juliemanarin4127 And Robert Plant is only second to Bob Dylan.
This one is the epic last song of the album Quadrophenia. It's a fantastic Rock Opera concept album from 1973 that reflects on their mod origins in a very interesting and creative way.
One of the greatest Songs from the 70's!
Agreed 💯
LONG LIVE THE WHO!!!! Won't Get Fooled Again, The Real Me, Who Are You, Join Together.....the list goes on and on.
You should react to *Bargain* by The Who! Another emotional and ferocious gem where Roger Daltrey sings his arse off and Keith Moon puts on a drum clinic!
I like listening to these first reactions from young black American reviewers because they really feel it even though they weren't brought up with this music.I first listened to the Quadrophenia double album and to this song more than 40 years ago when I was about 15 and it took me a few listens for me to really tap into the emotions, but these guys get it straight away.
Yes indeed I'm loving watching the reactions 😀❤️
more Who, "My Generation" "Who are You" "The Real Me", "5; 15" "Won`t Get Fooled Again" "The Song Is Over",
PURE RAW EMOTION
All facts!
One word.
"Quadrophenia"
😎
Greatest album ever in my opinion
@@mikeseerden8592 Hi, I'm also a huge fan of Quadrophenia, so please forgive me if you already know this, but there is an amazing song recorded for the original double album from 1973 that wasn't included that you'll just flip over if you haven't yet heard it. It's an outtake that was eventually included in the Quadrophenia soundtrack to the movie in 79. It's called "Four Faces" and it probably describes the concept of the album better than any single song on the album if you can believe it. And it's every bit as good as any of the songs that did make the album, and of course it features the late great Keith Moon on drums, so you can't go wrong. Once again, apologies if this isn't new to you, but if you've never heard it, feast your ears on this lost gem from the Opus, Quadrophenia. So here's The Who "Four Faces." czcams.com/video/dGF2N00K-Ws/video.html
@@robertkees6048 thanks for the information...I've never heard that song before but will check it out after work...thanks man😁
@@mikeseerden8592 Hey Mike, If Quadrophenia is your favorite album of all time, when you hear Four Faces you're going to go OM F'n G, how could this not be on the album. I promise from one Who nut to another, you're really in for a treat. If you get the chance let me know what you think, I'm really curious and hopeful you'll like it as much as I do. Cheers.
@@robertkees6048 wow man that song was amazing....I can hear how it ties in with quadrophenia....moon the loon is the reason I play drums and he was killing it as always....thanks for the information 😁
My favorite song by them!
Just a brilliant emotional moment.
Man this is one of those songs where in a hundred years I might never listen to it on purpose but every time I hear it I get so hyped. I also think that Adam Sandler movie named for this song and the Pearl Jam cover of the song that accompanied it give it some extra emotional punch.
Pearl Jam at the VH 1 Rock Honors, The Who, "Love, Reign O`er Me", "The Real Me", is great.
Masterpiece from the 70's💕💕💕💕
Love your reaction!! Straight up emotion--you said it!
Who are you and won’t get fooled again are too top notch BANGERS!!!! Ain’t no lie
The who album quadrophenia was made in to movie In 1979
Roger Daltrey's vocals make the song. 🔥

New subscriber here! Love your Classic Rock content! Now try "5:15" from that same Album from the Who!!!
Also best fucking movie ever.
My friends call me Keith. You can call me John.
Call me baba babee!!!!
This song rules!
A lot of people refer this a a rock opera like Tommy . This album is an insight to one of our many English cults. The film will show that
This songs ends the classic rock opera Quadrophenia from 1973.
Oh Yeah....
This is such an amazing song, and the only band/singer I've heard do it justice is Pearl Jam. You should check out their live performance of it for VH1.
The Who - Pinball Wizard!
Bubba O'Riley, so funny!
The who is the greatest band of all time.
Side note: the song that inspired charles manson (helter skelter), was written as a response to The Who.
Should’ve put the logo up top. Cool thumbnail
No one who listens to this song ever thinks "If only they tried harder"
SUBLIME
Reign Over Me by The Who your description in elevation of this song to me is spot-on it is pure motion it is powerful is intense its erotic is exotic sensual and romantic all those things put together and any woman is going to melt hearing this tune I suggest two other who songs first one live at Woodstock see me feel me touch me, Who are you? and We don't get fooled again!
