I have been drinking white tea occasionally for a few years now. I definitely enjoy the smoothness and theanine content. It is gentler than black tea, and far gentler than highly diuretic and dehydrating green teas. I definitely recommend it but use two bags per cup for some more strength and flavour, as it is clearly on the mild side.

What do you mean how? Although we don't stock any white teas from Africa, I am aware of some lovely white teas from Kenya and Rwanda.
