this is good for many reasons, but mostly because we can get a glimpse of David getting nervous in front of his wife's father. Its humanizing and also sincere.

It was so exciting when widescreen tvs were a thing and watching 7 brides for 7 brothers and getting to see the entire picture. I’m 36, but I still enjoy that film so much!
