While I'm personally getting a little sick of all the recent All-Rounder releases, these little guys are an excellent addition since it has a ton of unique mechanics and it's an oddball mon, which we haven't really had since Comfey. Getting ready to become a Falinks one-trick once it drops, love the lil guys!
i just dont understand why people care about the labels. they mean nothing. its just stats destribution. we have supports that are mages or defenders basically. all rounders that could be attackers and vise versa. its meaningless
It really is so cool. I also want more than all rounder releases but this one is one of the better releases they’ve ever done

@@jfree672exactly. The stat distributions mean you can’t tank with it, or support your team.
That’s a valid complaint tho, what will Ceruledge be? Since Ho oh will be a defender, will it be an attacker?

Lets hope pokemon makes more pokemon like falinks it would be so cool. There are so many concepts for certain pokemon that would be so cool to play i would like marshadow in the game.

Personally, I’d like to see Marshadow as a defender or support, but he’d most likely be attack.

They really need to release a lot more Pokemon that are very unique like this. These types of unique interactions keep things very interesting

I also noticed that at 8:20ish, when your minions dash towards you, it creates a mini knockback to the doll which will also be beneficial for engage for lanes.

I think this is a mon that you have to choose your movesets based on your enemy. Yes I like megahorn but fighting a range mages is suicidal.
I wish you can show us the ambush perk for this long bois.
I think ironhead-beatdown will be the meta and the odd megahorn-noescape against teams with too many bulky Pokemon (or annoying supports with heals)
with a moveset so conditional/flexible as this.. i really do hope they add a feature to where we can pre select a moveset before the game starts cus as a moba player, there are still times where i select a wrong move due to sudden lvl ups in fights
I do the same thing sometimes, it hurts so much having my sniper Decidueye build set up and accidentally going with razor leaf
I'm excited about Falinks and the versatility it seems to have with its movesets, having all 4 builds be viable, so I'm excited about this aspect, and figuring out the best held/battle items for each build
also, I figure I kinda need to achieve some decent Falinks mastery, in order to outplay my counter as an Absol main :P

Falinks has a lot of potential to be another griefer in the game. I can already see how annoying a max speed build with beat up can be, especially if attacks lock on to the trooper first. It would be an amazing counter to all the sure hit moves.
I mean on demand minions is always broken in any game, it not just counter sure hit, it can counter skill shot

Falinks is a very cool concept but I still think they can have more frequent releases and patches. That jungle clear looks crazy.

I left the game when they released Metagross cause I was tired of al the all-rounders plus I didn’t wanted to deal with Miraidom but now Phalinx’s got me. I love those little dudes since Sword & Shield

This pokemon design is sick. You can actually farm XP using beat up in a way. That's so cool. It's gonna take some skill to play it as well which I'm loving. Can't wait

Honestly I like the rapid fire scarf idea. To help lower cooldown on its atks
Float stone if your running no retreat. Right? Idk. Since it only works outside of combat. Since no retreat slows you down??? Thoughts?
I hope that hitting the troopers doesn't deal full damage ticks. If they did, that would be an OHKO from Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Leafeon's Unite, Gyarados Aqua Tail (though it'd be hilarious irony if Falinks hard countered Azumarill's entire kit besides Play Rough because of the troopers), etc.
Though being able to actually run away from Glaceon and *not* be KO'd despite getting to the goal zone would be nice.
Also if troopers attacking during Beat Up procs Muscle Band, I think we know where this is going.

I'm still of the opinion supports and speedsters need more variation, but I'm not gonna complain over my favorite fighting type being added as an all rounder.
Sweet that i can unlock falinks and it better cheaper on the gems ...i just bought Metagross and the battle pass to get work my way up the battle pass to get the new outfit from umbreon..

I just found out that the event pass should cost gems if you want falinks. But it will only cost 250 gems so it's less than half of the normal price.

How does falinks score speed work? As in does it match 1:1 with other pokemon? Does it have the same max score time? Does it work on a percentage of what it could hold?
Like 4 score on falinks would take as long as 5-6 score on other pokemon?

Wait wouldnt going the opposite direction of the spin make them hit more often? because your basicly shortening the distance they need to travel to hit people. Like if you try to get hit by a fan its so much fast to get hit by blades coming at you than if you were along side it going the same direction

If one your troops are separated from you attacking someone.. and let's say you don't have much HP left? Can you get ko"d if they do enough damage to that troop(s) ?
I see the troops have their own HP bar ? Above their heads.
I guess it's their own separate hp from your own. And if they get ko'd somehow. It doesn't hurt your hp I guess.. .
I guess more testing is needed..to figure out how it works...

They are really missing the target board with these roles for mons. Falinks should be a defender. Well we are here, Umbreon should’ve been an all arounder and leafeon should’ve been a healer
