my Ravensburger Gelini Collection is about 60 puzzles from 300 to 5000 pieces.
most of them are hard to get and some extremely rare. they are very common in Germany.

They are very hard to get everywhere. The only place where you can find some of them is Germany

I'm German and I don't understand what the deal is with all the Gelini. I remember in the 90ies you could buy Gelini posters at the hardware store, but I've never seen them anywhere else or since - except on Ravensburger puzzles!

I wish I could tell you. They were such a big deal in the puzzle community and some of them are very expensive. I thought they had other hype but I guess maybe not

@@PuzzlesByLiza maybe I missed the hype and in the 90ies it had already died down, but the puzzles were still popular, because they are so much fun to do? Idk because before the 90ies it was the 80ies, and I was a) barely born and b) behind the iron curtain. It's really cool to see all the Gelini puzzles in one video! They tempt me now haha 😂 I can see how the puzzling community would go a little crazy over them
In contrast, I remember Sheepworld being extremely popular when I was in high school, so around 2005. There was merch everywhere!
