This is really inspiring and i also use the same tips to balance work and house chores. I work in dubai , i have 9hrs work and 3 hrs travel up and down😢. I would like to share some of the tips i follow.
1)invest in a good chopper,trust it’s a life saver. I cut carrot and cucumber for 3-4days and store separately,which is very convenient to add in our meals.
2) laundry twice a week
3)room mopping ,bathroom cleaning and ironing cloths on weekends
4)boil basmati rice for 4days and store in fridge,which is easy to make different kinds of rice for lunch eg:vegetable pulao,chicken pulao,fried rice,egg rice
5)make ginger garlic paste for one week
6) plan the next weeks meal with available groceries which will reduce the time for thinking what to make today 😁
7)make the bed and clean the kitchen before going to duty ,so that we can come to a clean home after having a tiring day at work.
8)ready made dosha batter and chapati are life saver.
9)clean the shoes and sandals on weekend.
10)use a good home fragrance and bed mist which will keep your mind calm and helps to get a relaxed sleep.

Genuine vlogs :) I’ve lived in Dubai for a few years. Miss the place so much. Now in Canada and I travel almost 45 minutes to get home, so I totally get it when you say how tired you get when you get back from office. However, I almost cook daily in small quantities, simply because I get bored of having the same food every day😊

Where the Crawdads sings is a really good book. I read the book and later i watched the movie as well. I have read books and tried watching the movie sequel of the books and most of them were a disappointment. Believe me, this was not among them. The movie was as good as the book.

It is recommended even by nutritionists. It won't reduce its nutrition values.
I think the fridge will not allow any bacterial growth so it’s safe. But the nutrition will vary upon reheating how many times and oxidation of chopped vegetables.
