I hear you mention glassy babies a lot. Well. I was in my Goodwill once about a year ago and I ran into what I thought were two small bar ware glasses. I collect vintage bar ware and I really looked them over. I didn’t get them for $1.00 each. I was watching a YT video that evening and the person was talking about glassy babies and there on the screen was one of what I thought was the amethyst hardware glasses. 😟. I was at my GW first thing the next morning and the two amethyst glassy babies were gone. 🤐🤐🤐. True story. I always enjoy your videos. 🤩

Jeremy and Michael Hello ✨️🌹✨️Jeremy the perfume bottle was pretty. There is sanding blocks you use wet that smooths out and rough spots or chips on glass. The Yankle candle piece/ chimney, shade sits on any size jar candles. Great finds ♥️

That's a good idea. If I do not have my magnifying glass, I use my phone. I take a picture of the mark and enlarge the image.

I believe the base of the Yankee Candle lamp shade you found is the Yankee Candle itself bought separately.

Jeremy that blue glass is cracked glass. It is made that way. Cracked glass was big in the 1960's in all colors. Several of my Aunts had a ton of cracked glass pieces. It is worth more than $3

We usually pick up crackle glass but that one was damaged, had a big crack. My favorite is the blue and amberina 😃

The enamel bowls? Yes we got the Waterford wine glasses. Couldn’t find the pattern on the bowl at the restore

@@THETHRIFTINGTWINS yeah you have to watch the prices on things I was just telling another reseller about that. I worked for large corporation in retail for 30 years and that’s one thing I learned from them was to look for your stuff at the lowest cost so you can profit the most amount of money.

The fact that a piece has a Japan mark means it’s vintage and collectible. I don’t understand why you pass these items up.
Doesn’t mean it has a lot of value though.
We usually will pick up made in Japan if it is a figurine or certain pieces. It’s still a cool pitcher 😃
