Los Angeles 2015 - Hudba
I am a Nigerian. I don't understand a word but I love the music. I understand from a Ghanaian friend that they're singing in Asante Twi.
City Boys rocked Nigerian Entertainment world in the 70s to 80s. Great songs, dont hear a word of their songs yet the melodies are clear
Best songs like this can never be forgotten , Kwabena God bless you. We need MEFIE ASEM ALBUM
My uncles used to play this album growing up. I have searched everywhere for their songs because I didn't know the bands name. My search is over now
My brother Orlando Muller used to play this very number to welcome me and friends when we're back for holidays. After the City Boys music, he will give everyone one cup of Lipton Tea. Then he will leave for work, and then, I will play Rex Lawson's music. After mine, my friend Cypo Okwe, will play Otis Reading that was, Security Babe from USA. That time Nigeria was One, it was one Nigeria than, and our friend Abayomi will play Bobby Benson. If you marry Taxi Driver, I don't Care, was the number and this was Byo fervorite but Abayomi plays Omo akpoakpa too. This was happening in Enugu Coal City when Nigeria is in Heaven. That's why some time I will be retrospecting, why Nigeria chose to abandoned Heaven and went straight into hellfire? When you ask why, are we in this hellfire? You go to visit the DSS Cell through which you will go to who knows whatever! Good morning, Oloye Sunday Igboho, Good morning 🌄 Mazi Ohamadike Nnamdi Kanu.
Name is city boys band of Ghana
These guys were so popular in Eastern Nigeria back in the 80s, Adofo is a genius.. memories...
Adofo is just good . There's still more fire in him
I love this one
Igbos love this band
This music resonated well ,in those days ,mostly with people from the Eastern part of Nigeria .
These songs reigned supreme in disco halls in 70s. We made so much from gate-takings!
Hahahahahahahah. 1970s Bill Gate!!
Adofo is a musical genius. I love his voice.
Reminds me when I was still a kid 😅 back then my parents use to play the music 🎶
God bless u
I don't know what this song sings but I like it so much because I learnt it from child hood when my dad was usually playing it
Long life J. A. Adofo i love you so much
When Africa love each other now you can even live freely in any Africa
I love these guys since i heard them 20yrs ago...I don't know what they are talking but the melody gets to me each time...
The meaning of the song is when someone loves you , you should be very careful with that particular person, it could be because of your money or wealth that people show you love but if you go broke you will never see these people around you. So we should be careful about people that come around us when we have it. They may be pretenders.
@@soccerprince2908 thank you for giving the meaning of the song.
Who is here with me 2022 from the 70s ??
Rest in Peace my dear Coz Tallest. This was your music

Life is still good. We just have a different kind of music these days. Too sexualized and a-spiritual

@@alexaddo4993 Colombia. Greetings from Santa Marta!! In the Caribbean towns of My country, we love African Music. Bands like Etoiles du Zaire, Mahatelli and Mahotella Queens, and performers like Pepe Kallé, Tchico Tchicaya, Zitany Neil, Bopol Mansiamina, Prince Nico Mbarga, Miriam Makeba, and Lokassa Y'a Mbongo are famous and respected, and their legacy is praised today.

I love this song.
I can't stop listening to J. A. Adofo
Good one my brother
This is perfect n advisable song. Infact I have missed the past.
I love the music
I DNT understand what they are singing but most young men play this music in my father s compound in Jos plateau state NIGERIA. it seems like the singer is telling a sorrowful story, it makes me cry but I DNT even know what they are saying
This is what he says in the first song: when you get a problem, everyone ignores you and even supposed lovers betray you. He then tells the stories of people to buttress his point.
I LOVE THIS ALBUM PAA
this is so good
