- Update: I added the actual route here:
• Maryland MVA Driving T...
Note that some of the pictures are misleading (limitations of google street view). Read the text with regards to left or right at the intersections. Also, there is a shorter version of the route that skips the PGCC section.

thank you for this, I drove this route a few days before my test. I passed this morning, praise the lord.may god bless you.
Thank you and congrats!
Not all heroes wear capes.
I passed my test today this video was very helpful
Congrats!

thank you!
I take my driving skill test on Nov. 2nd here at Largo. For the reverse parking, did they make you enter from the left when you have to turn the wheel all the way to the left to reverse into the parking spot? Will this route remind the same when I go for my road test? Anyone know?
Be prepared for either direction. The route is also up to the instructor. Practice on this route but make sure you know the area around the MVA. When driving, pay attention to the signs - especially the speed limit.
Okay, thank you!
I passed my test too! On Nov. 21st, I was so nervous. It was my 2nd time taking it. Yes, the route is so easy around PGCC, I practice a couple of times before I took the test. I was more happy when I pass the 2 point reverse. Thank for the videos John!
If you mess up on reverse parking do they automatically fail you?
Short answer is yes. However, take your time. If you are off on your first try and don't hit anything, you can try again. I think you are given 2 or 3 minutes to fit into the space.
What happened to the actual route video? I was watching it today, and it got privatized?
Sorry, it got moved to my other channel...youtube is killing me. Hopefully this link works...czcams.com/video/5GoBVA562aU/video.html
I passed ! It was really easy. The route was the same.
Congrats!
hahaForFuns were there any tricky parts during the test?
angelwings21109 No, It was pretty easy. My tester/instructor whatever was old. So he yelled and grunted the whole time. But as long as you don't do anything wrong on the list or dangerous you will pass regardless. He had a lot to say to me at the end of the test about his personal views on driving. But i did everything correct on the list and was safe so I passed.
Thanks for the video I thought this would be the route when I looked at the map when are you making the actual driving video I take my test on 9/15
I'm not sure when I will get down to Largo. Go on Google Street View to see the entire route - manually step through.
I passed
Hvac Sensation congrats!
Thank you it was pretty easy
so is it just the reverse parking and then straight to the road test? Or is there pulling into a space head first as well? Also do you happen to know the speed limits on this route? I know pgcc is 25
You do a couple more starts/stops in the closed course...no front end parking.
You should be able to see the speed limits on the actual version: czcams.com/video/GUU8xLsTwxk/video.html
Good luck
John Thank you! could you elaborate on what you mean by start and stops?
I think there is a stop sign in the closed course. You can go to the MVA any weekday and watch people taking the closed course portion of the test.
John I actually went earlier today to take my test and passed! Thank you for your videos! So much help
Congrats!
Do they do the Parking part first ?
yes
For people that are curious about the pass rate for each MVA location: czcams.com/video/VxvbQhuIcbw/video.html
Good luck!
l passed at largo MD yesterday ... but I didn't take this route.
Yeah, there are at least two routes. This is the longer version.
do you have to park with this test?
Yes. You must do the closed course (includes parking). I have that video somewhere on my channel.
Is this considered the Beltsville MVA?
No, this is the Largo location. Beltsville is about 10 miles north.

John so is there a video for beltsville?
I don't have it. I will film it if anyone knows it.
Did you take the test at Beltsville?
John Yeah. It was pretty easy
Passed On First Try. Easiest Road Test Ever. 7 Min Around The Corner.
Congrats!
Thanks.
I passed at largo but I didn't take this route
Do you happen to recall your route?
