  • In wet AMD, a protein called vascular endothelial growth factor - or VEGF - is responsible for the development of abnormal blood vessels underneath the macula. Anti-VEGF medication can block the activity of this protein, stopping these new blood vessels from growing and leaking fluid.

    I have dry eyes after lasik , tried all medication but still have red veins visible in my scelera. Can I go for this procedure?
