i've seen another channel recently (name escapes me right now) where the drummer is the only one who can hear the song they are playing. the viewer only hears the drums. not sure if you would consider this to avoid losing out due to copyright. but it's just a thought. seems such a shame since you always make good content. or, maybe do an occasional video where the viewer guesses the song? anyway. hope you are both doing well. ✊
