I like Kirk's feel and touch. He knows his stuff. Kirk is in my favorite modern blues guitarist together with Josh Smith, Matt Schofield, and a few others.

The drums are nicely tuned as well and played extremely tight and every hit he does seems to be perfectly accentuated.
The rest of the band is like this too. Dare I say better or at the very least on equal footing to Cream at its best?

The thing I miss most about live music is the interpersonal connection between musicians having fun. These sessions capture that really well.
This session band is the most tallented bunch of guys I seen gathered since The Band and The Eagles, the quality of each and every one is pich, and of corse all the guest makes it fantasticly topped! Thanks for sharing all this good moments!

The very first rock song I ever learned at the very beginning of my music career! Also, lucky for me, I got to see Cream play in a summer tents series at the New Jersey Camden County Music Circus in 1968. One of the most defining musical events of my life!

Big Clapton fan here and I loved every second. Guitar work is up there with the man himself and drums were better than I've ever heard in this song. And Benny is once again great on vocals (so is Martin but that is no longer a surprise). Pretty cool organ workout too.

Just wanted to point out how the drummer changed the entire feel of the song when he backed off the cymbals around 10:25. Rehearsed or spontaneously, this guy epitomizes the pocket.

@@lorenzmuller3542 i think it was all appropriate, respectfully. There’s a lot going on in the song, it all seemed tastefully to me, but i definitely see the appeal of a more ginger baker-esque simplistic approach.
Everyone else is in 2021 but play in 1970s style, while Martin Miller solo is 2077 already.. Love it so muchhh!! Martin Miller easily the most outstanding guitarist of this era!
