Mueller has wide streets with dense housing and well lit sidewalks, which make it a trick or treat paradise. Some treaters revel in the larger custom homes, while some prefer the denser attached housing. It's a great time to be in the neighborhood either giving or receiving, and some houses reported 300-500 visitors during Halloween 2010.
