- Leaving Weymouth Marina and Sailing East in our 34' Yacht and stopping for lunch at Lullworth Cove.
Then onto anchor at Worbarrow Bay to visit the ghost village of Tyneham.
We then sail along the Jurassic coast, bounce through the tidal race around St Albans head, pass by Anvil point and Old Harry Rocks, finally dropping anchor in Poole Harbour for a wonderful Sunset.

Great video. Can't wait to catch up on them this winter.
my Dad took me to watch the tanks firing at a range near Poole harbour back in the 80's, we sat in a car park & watched the tanks drive up to their firing point, they were shooting at a moving target on other side of a small valley, we could see the sea between 2 hills on other side of the valley, & a sail boat on the sea. One of the tank rounds missed hit the side of the hill & bounced a long way up in the air & splashed down not too far from the sail boat.. i will never forget it... also seeing the tanks flash & jump up in air as they fired then after a second or 2 had passed hear the noise of them shooting as they were firing hi velocity rounds faster than speed of sound..
Great story. Thanks for sharing.
