Thanks to your review, I think that I have found the tv that I have been looking for in the VU premium model 43 inches. My main requirement is that I should be able to download zoom meetings app on the tv and attach a webcam to it to attend my exercise classes. From what I have understood from your review is that I will be able to do that in this tv. Could you please confirm that and also which webcam will be best for it with this tv? Also will I need an external microphone with that webcam? Could you please explain by what you mean by dual band wi fi in the tv and what are it's benifits?
now a days wifi router have two bandwidth 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz. 5.0 ghz has faster internet speed than 2.4 ghz. but in other hand 2.4 ghz have good distance range in comaparision to 5.0 ghz. as far as your question regarding that using zoom with web cam, for that give me one week to answer when i return back to my home, i will try it with my T.V and tell you, wether it is working or not.
Done installation today what a great tv just one problem found there are 2 usb port but only 1 is working should i call them or is it just fine cuz overall vu premium is great🔥

Please suggest best display settings to enjoy 4K content on VU premium 4K tv. Also there is a protective sheet on the screen. I have not removed it after 1 month use. Will this sheet create some problems to TV screen??
On very first immediately remove that sheet, unless your screen may be damage due to heat which are unable to come out from your screen while tv is being playing. TV ke software ko upgrade kijiye, aur mobile software ko bhi , check kijiye kyunki aisa nahi hona chaiye, everything is fine with my t.v. just upgrade T.V operating system and google play store apps, and also upgrade your mobile software too by google play store, and check again, In my t.v everthing is fine.

Dear VU service centre not in the saharanpur till now but in case if you required you can go in your near by big district. When you call customer care, they will guide and provide service. Till now I do not needed because my t.v is working fine. So I can’t say much regarding on that. ❤️🙏

Dear I am not using DTH. My purpose to purchase this t.v for OTT 4k content . So I am unable to this answer. where as I think It should remember if wire would connected. Second Its worth buying. Did you find any screen lag when viewing videos like "Mere sohiya- kabir singh". In most of the tvs i have seen that refresh rate is not good and screen lag when this video and some more are played on youtube. I did not find such screen lag in Samsung au8000 TV. @robin can you please give a review on the above.

I have purchased this product recently. There is a protective sheet pasted over the screen which has lot of air bubbles.. is it ok to remove the protective sheet?
