Love seeing the excitement man. Archery is the best in my opinion, nothing compares! But when you shoot, try to relax that release hand and pull through the shot. But anyways... it's awesome seeing others loving to shoot a bow! Thats what I do after those rough days at work, grab the bow and hit the range! Good stuff man.

Here is something that I recently learned, thanks to John Dudley, depending on the side that the hook releases from will tend to miss to that side. Be ready to move your sight to fit the release you are using, most likely just left and right will be off

That’s sick! That will be my next release for sure. I think you made a good choice on release over the deer target especially since it deleted that draw sound. What I’ve done in the past is get a big piece of cardboard and cut out a life size silhouette of whatever you’re hunting next. You can put your current archery target behind the vitals and it works and looks just the same.
That’s a really good idea I never thought of that…I’m really excited about this release it’s taking some getting used to but I love it
Ya it’s basically free and I don’t like how small a lot of the animal targets are so you can make it to scale.
Congratulations on your spot hog release. That’s a nice gift. Your wife gave you for Father’s Day. If you think that’s something try a thumb release one day. I shot trigger releases like you have. Until I switch to a thumb release but take your time and do what you’re doing the videos are helping a lot of people.

A good release is an investment you’ll keep forever! You’ll replace targets but if you like a release, good chance it’ll outlive you!

That is a good release to up grade to, like you said keep practicing. Your groups will improve over time

Great release! Been using the wiseguy for the last few years, love it. Yeah, you have to sight in with the new release, it will hit a different spot. Once you get used to it, you’ll see your groups get better.
Most def man…im still getting used to it but I love it already.
All i ever used for the last 4 years. Tryd to switch to thumb release but went back to the wide guy and its a life time warranty on it. Mines had broke on the inside they sent me a brand new one no questions asked. And once you get the trigger set right its set.
Man I’m happy with this release for sure…I had no idea their was a lifetime warranty that’s official

@whatisarchery Sweet. I have one too, I love it. I think it works a little better shorter, at least for me. I'm glad you got one, it's definitely a game changer. You have to mess around with it and find what feels best, but once you do, there's no looking back.
