In Govt sector many doesn't know or want to do online. recently applied for one lady from university saying through online we will not do it fast. 25 days completed 22.05.2023 on this date. i believe still 20 more days. Many govt employees not doing their work.

Easy way to get attestation.... Go to HRD office near by there is a jai hind xerox kadai eruku.... He will apply online process.. Fees 400+ anna university pay 1600-after one month letter will come to your address take it and go to HRD office.... With 1 hr hrd will completed...... Note. If you apply apostille you can get both hrd and apostille..... If you apply attestation you will only get attestation.... If you apply apostille.... After getting attestation from HRD office you want go numkkabbakam MEA office within 1 pm.. If you want soon thatday itself 3000😂....2 to 3 days 1800₹..apostile completed... Easy process but takes time...

Go to the university directly and ask them to verify your certificate with it.
I am from NIT Trichy. NIT Trichy is in 1st category (Pre verified). So, All I have to pay is 40 rupees only (for HRD) ?
Listen to this video fully. There shall be charges to be paid to NIT as well. However, pls check as per the video. For private colleges and Anna university, there must be a charge to be paid to university through esanad website for certificate verification (attestation HRD).

Both e-sanad & Anna university process completed and payment done.. but more than 2 month no update iam checking for past 30 days with the Document I'd still no upadate & showing pending status

Guys please go to the secretariat office and tell them your issues with consolidated MarkSheet. They might help you out. Last year universities were accepted consolidated for attestation.i don't know what happened this year. This is the suggestion i can give.

If you are a student who is going abroad for studies they may ask you to provide the admission letter from your university./ call letter if you are going abroad for a job.
Bro HRD and MEA both are same prosses are different process. All this prosses are esay are not do ourself . Plz answer because many consultancy are charged more amount for this process.
It's different process, hrd is done by e sanad, mea apostille can be done after hrd.

No its not necessary.
No need. Usually Agencies skip HRD seal and procedures and instead they take Notary seal. Then they will go for Apostille. Better always to get HRD and then Apostille.

@@jiya5720 no I didn't. My documents were not eligible for e sanad. I had to visit my state's education board and department to get it verified and hrd. Thereafter, I got it apostille.

One month minimum. You’ll receive the attestation copy of the certificate. With that certificate you can get the actual attestation .
In Tamilnadu secretariat office they provide HRD attestation only for gulf countries
For other countries they have to apply apostille attestation not HRD ATTESTATION
