It’s no mini by functions just a mini version of the AMAzfit GTS 2 which has a larger display of 1.65” vs the mini’s 1.55”. How do you navigate the watch while in an activity? Cracking reviews on on the mini. Was getting swayed towards the gts2e but after watching loads of reviews and your take on it I eventually went for the mini. I’m all new to smart watches and getting on in years with one or two health problems and thought one of these with decent heart monitor which is important for me the mini seemed the better choice for me. Hi S! Your heart rate, calories and potentially steps.. If you are after specific metrics relating to table tennis motions...I'm not sure there is anything out there. I have earlier reviewed the Huawei Band 4e which is used by runners, and basketball players as it provides detailed metrics on foot-to-ground contact, jump time, in-air times, and so forth...

The only things it's bothering so far about the watch is the stress monitoring, cuz I thought it should be monitoring my stress during the day, tracking with a graphic, and it only works when I ask to do it manually. I don't understand if it supposed to be like this, or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Cuz I already turned on the enable for this function twice and nothing changes. I can't find information about my issue on the internet, any clues?

Great review! The problem I am facing though is that lift to wake feature is not so smooth. Need to turn my hand a couple of times to turn the screen on. Any word on that?

Has anyone figured out how to delete activity data from the watch? Mine is full now and the only way I can add a new activity is to overwrite an existing one, which mean another button press.
I have tried deleting activities on phone using app, but the activities still remain in watch.
I previously had the GTS 1, and to delete activity you just long pressed on it in the watch, and it gave you the option to delete. No such option on the Mini.
I don't know! I didn't even realize this is a common problem...
Hey there! Great video. I do have a question for you, well I just need help. Here comes my life story:
So for like 2 months or so I have borrowed a smartwatch (Samsung Gear Sport) from my friend to see if I like smartwatches. Turns out I do, but his was an old watch so I am going to buy a new one. Though I'm finding it really hard to find a watch that fit's me.
Here are some remarks:
- I use an iPhone so a iPhone compatible watch would be great
- I dont really care about all those 100+ workout options: I only care about built in GPS, because I jog once a week, and I also would really like to upload the route to Strava (app).
- Battery life is important to me. The Gear Sport went for like 1,5 days and I didnt like that. I did like Tizen OS tho.
- If possible I find Spotify support quite helpful, so the option to store like 5+ songs would be great.
- I think when getting a Samsung watch I might pay for many features that aren't available on iPhone
- I like (AM)OLED screens
- I dont care about SPo2, blood stuff, barometers, heartrate, that sort of stuff. Im not gonna use them anyways. I also dont use 'Always On'
- I do like the 'move wrist to turn on watch' function
- Im not against paying more money (under €200 or smh, sorry I know you use pounds ;) but I do want some value, Im not gonna pay 200 for a phone with SpO2 and android stuff.
- I will react to this message when I think of more stuff :)
- I also found the Amazfit Bip U pro but I found the screen quite ugly

@@DZ-fc1lo This does have built-in GPS in India as well. I own the GTS 2 mini and have used it for outdoor running (and keeping phone at home) and the gps data is recorded properly.

That’s your optical heart rate sensor… it emits green led light and measures the reflection
One thing nobody mentions is that it doesn't measure Blood Pressure! Why? I already sent a request.
Because it doesn’t... blood oxygen saturation-yes it does have that🤔
@@WesKnows Right but Blood Pressure is extremely important and most do have the function. Everything else is great but a strange omission which I missed. I sent a request to the company.
Blood pressure cannot be measured with a heart rate monitor. Those budget trackers that claim to measure bp are using an algorithm and hence mostly are wrong 😑 there are 2 mass market watches which can measure your bp today and are approved by relevant Authorities: Omron and Samsung... these cost £350+
