Spoilers about episode csi.
In csi her adoptive mother killed her because she looked and acted too much like her birth mother which she also killed. Her looks change because she’s trying to fit in with every group but it doesn’t work out and she gets trolled online it’s pretty sad, the cop was friendly with her and was cut up at the end of that episode when he found out what happened.
