hi match! may I ask how were you able to redeem the silver welcome gift? i’m also in the silver tier but whenever I click “redeem gift” it says the item has been added to my cart but when I go to my cart, the travel exclusive gift is not there :(
Hi, Veronica. It was automatic for me when I checked out. Try to checkout even without adding/buying anything, then place the order. If this doesn’t work, call customer service using the number on the website, I’ve phoned them several times in the past for orders that were canceled.

I've just gotten an email response from Dior (after multiple attempts) it seems that they are out of stock of the travel exclusive gift according to the customer support who responded😅 anyways will just try to check the gift from time to time.
