Campus of Indian Institute of Technology , Mandi is situated adjacent to Uhl river with a lush green campus spread over 500 acres of land in the lap of Himalaya in Shivalik Hills.
Nestled in the Shivalik range of the Himalayas, away from bustle of the metropolis, a new abode of learning has germinated.A few hours before the Himalayan Resort Kullu in Himachal Pradesh , IIT Mandi has been established with the vision to be a leader in Science and Technology education, knowledge creation and innovation in an India marching towards a just inclusive and sustainable society.

I came IIT MANDI... in 2016 for educational tour and it was very very fun there.... I miss a lot of things we used to do there... Playing cricket at night with the mess staff... And the faculty was so good.. And now seeing this has refreshed all my memories... Thanks Bhupinder Paul sir for organising that tour

Greatest moments of my life were created at IIT Mandi from 2018-20. Love that place, can't express how it feels just to live near to hills of Himalaya and the natural beauty and of course all my friends ❤❤.

While the institute is commendable, Indian colleges are placed in corner of cities providing no value of thier existence to local populations.
Also, unsuitable for anyone in a family or work life to pursue higher education or research.
Eg- MIT and Oxford fuel the entire culture and entrepreneurial spirit of Boston.

Being local from Mandi district I have see many videos of IIT Mandi. But your videos does not shows the the culture and art of Mandi (except Victoria Bridge) Town and surrounding areas. I assumed that IIT'ans are not interested doing so and they also may have not enough time . But this video disprove me..
