Nimki is a delicious and crunchy snack that you can enjoy with tea or coffee. It is made with plain flour, ghee, and spices. In this video, I will show you how to make nimki . It is a is a crunchy savoury snack. To make nimki, we need to combine the plain flour, carom seeds, ghee and salt in a bowl and mix well. Knead into a semi-stiff dough using enough water. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 15 minutes. Take each dough ball and roll it with a rolling pin as thin as possible. Cut the flattened dough with a sharp knife into diamond shape. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to low flame. Fry iall the nimkis n batches till evenly brown. Once done take out on paper towel to drain oil. Let it cool down and store in an air tight container away from moisture, it can stay for up to a month or more.
