The unfortunate thing here is there is so much truth mixed in lies that a believer without spiritual discernment will not know what to believe. Individually seek Christ for answers in earnest.

I feel the people commenting in a negative way about him should listen to what he is saying. Jesus took away the sins of the world...but they dont know it yet..and we must tell them....but what is done? ....more things are added to the message... it gets clouded. Thank your Carlton for breaking it down.

So then why preach? The world doesn't need to know if everyone is saved. When you die you'll be good. So he's preaching to make money? You don't have tell people to breathe. That's a natural process. So then everyone is saved then they're good, so need for preaching. The bible also says that people need to be converted and be saved.

That Bishop Van Gayton is deep. I agree with him in the aspect that YES, we need to show the world love, but YES we are still called to tell others about Christ and present him in a way that will compel mankind to accept and live for Him. It doesn't matter Mr. Pearson if people were coming to you. You were to go to people. You didn't need to change your whole doctrine to reach the Hindu, Muslim, etc.

God is love. Point blank. God does not always love our ways that mau be against His way, but we have the opportunity to be redeemed from a particular sin. The Holy Book says that, "We all fall short of His Glory" , but that does not mean we should continue to live in fallen short stage. Allow me to make clear of what Bishop Pearson believes about Hell.
He has said that there is no hell, AS WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT. He believes that here is a hell, but it's the one that we, as people create for each other and ourselves.
I loved his quote @ 7:33, when he says that, "Most Christians don't believe in 'finished work, they believe in your addtional work." How many of us are like that? Believing that we have to do additional stuff, when Jesus said,
    "It is finished."

The first Bishop who spoke sitting next to Bishop Pearson said one GREAT THING. He said, “God knows more than I do.” So then if you don’t know AS MUCH as God, then that means you don’t know EVERYTHING about how God moves. So since you don’t know everything about God then you have to leave room for possibilities about God OUTSIDE of what you believe.

But hell originally was made for the devil & the fallen angels who followed him...........but men have followed satan knowingly & unknowingly...thus called deception. Carlton Pearson said that we're never told to get anyone saved, I have to do. We are told to preach the gospel and they that believe shall be saved. We are told to disciple people (which mean to teach people to live after the manner of Christ) We are also told to preach a gospel of repentance, if their is no hell, why is their a need to repent, if there is no conditon to salvation, why repent. Salvation is a work of grace (indeed) by BY FAITH, which faith without WORKS is dead.

Carlton Pearsin uses the scriptures that says as in Adam ALL men dies so in Christ all are made alive. This is a example for the Inclusion Doctrine that he believes in & teaches. HOWEVER, he totally overlooked the fact that we inherited the sin from the 1st Adam which he had a choice in doing. Therefore, the last Adam came to deliver us from the sin we all inherited from the 1st Adam. But just like Adam had a choice to sin or not therefore we ALL must choose the last Adams REDEMPTIVE works in order to be set free from the inherited sin that was passed down on us by the 1st Adam. SIN CAME BY THE CHOICE OF A MAN, THEREFORE OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS MUST ALSO COME BY THE OF MEN NOT GOD!

Part 3 under a Law/works mentality, if they do wrong/sin they feel guilty, dirty, unacceptable, it's called condemnation. That is what satan uses to keep you from believing in the power of The Blood of Christ that continually cleanses your soul (mind, will, emotions). When Grace is taught biblically correct, when you realize that all your sins forever are forgiven, you know God loves you fiercely, you then don't want to sin, it's easier to Love & Live for Christ. One is made righteous not by their good works but by the Blood of Jesus. Why do you keep saying that, He died for all so all are forgiven. NO. Very good point, Daweddigdiva!
The issue is really not about going to heaven, but about being transformed into the image of the Son, that is we must be born again. The fact that those who are born again will go to heaven is merely the culmination of what Christ died to give us!
Christ died to set us free from our sinful nature, which is death for the wages of sin is death. Spending eternity with the Lord is the culmination of that.

  • @TheTruth-mi2yh
    @TheTruth-mi2yh Před 6 lety +1

Carlton Pearson says that God spoke to him and told him that
everyone is going to Heaven, and that there is no Hell, and that even Gays and
    Lesbians are going to heaven.
So let's analyze his message, and we can prove very easily
    who spoke to Carlton Pearson!
First, he says that "everyone is going to Heaven"
regardless of what you do (period).
But Jesus says that you must repent: Matthew 4:17 From
that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven
    is at hand. Matthew 5:20
For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the
righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into
    the kingdom of heaven.
So not only must you repent, but you must also live
(Righteously), or there is no situation on earth (NO CASE!) in which you can
enter into the kingdom of Heaven.
Secondly, Carlton Pearson says that there's no
    "Hell".
But Jesus says that hell does exist, and that not only will
your body and soul be destroyed, but it will be done in "Hell": Matthew 10:28 And
fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but
rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
So who spoke to Carlton Pearson? (Satan!) The Great
    Deceiver!
So who are you going to fallow, Jesus and (GOD), or Carlton
    Pearson and (Satan)?
In fact, Jesus even speaks of people like Carlton Pearson,
as he laid down the commandments of God's laws in which we must follow to be
saved. He explains that those who teach people against the Bible are seen as the
lowliest people on earth by those in heaven, and those who uphold the Bible's
teachings are considered the greatest by those in heaven.
    Matthew
5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least
commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the
kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall
be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
So not only is there a "Hell" but Carlton Pearson
    will be there!

Now, they don't make it clear what "last days" actually mean. Does last days mean in the next 10 years? hundred years? 1000 years or what? prophecy has supposedly been coming to past since Jesus came and left. However, according to biblical scripture, we aren't to know when he's coming back so how do we know what exactly is "last days"? According to the bible, he was supposed to had came back before the disciples tasted death but nothings happened so far.

I watch many of lexis interviews. The comments are a trip. I am so scared for the Body of Christ. Now days its seems as though everything Goes. Is there no such thing as wronge and if there is are we not allowed to say it. I love this man (CP) and this concept of love he is talking about But Dr. Gayton is Brilliant in Our Lord! Jesus Is Lord he love us and he chastens those he loves and he saves us. God is the master with the master plan !! Let's make it to heaven and take some folks with us!

It amazes me at how hateful and intolerant "Christians" are. It has been drilled into us to hate anyone or anything that has a view opposite ours. I think when you really understand religion and what it represents everywhere(for the most part), it isn't difficult to understand what Bishop Pearson is saying. It makes perfect sense and is embracing of all which is contrary to how we are taught. We are taught religous views that only benefit certain folks. Bishop ministers what benefits ALL.

To love someone is to tell them WHAT they need to hear not what they Want to hear
example: if a doctor gives you a bad diagnosis (something none of us want to hear) it would gross negligence for him/her to lie to you, they are duty bound to tell you the TRUTH! wheter pleasant or unpleasant, so it is the christians duty to warn of coming judgement Rom 14:11-12

So, basically Bishop Gayton, and quite honestly many other believers, would rather present the "Theology of Redemption" over the "Theology of Creation". It seems to me that we do not understand that one doctrine separates while another one unites, and the church chooses the one that separates.

It speaks about the Law, not just the 10 commandments, How Aaron had to offer sacrifices for himself then for the people to enter the Holy of Holies within the veil. But Jesus is our High Priest according to the order Melchizedek, God appointed men to be high priests, But God appointed Jesus as Our High Priest according to a New Covenant, the old covenant is finished by the cross. Every year sacrifices had to be made again & again & again

Carltons whole False Gospel is shot down. No one is automatically saved until they confess Christ and believe in his heart God raised Him from the dead.

Every religion, including Christianity, has its scholars, its sacred book, its system of beliefs, and they are used to defend their convictions, and to, in many cases discredit anything that stands in opposition to it.
Just like Dr. Gayton pointed out the passage in the Qu'ran, I'm quite sure that someone else pointed out something in the bible that presented a challenge.

Everyone doesn't have to hold the same views about God but we do need to get along and treat everyone fairly...that's where our energy is needed the most.

@sylviacalhoun That's what I mean: a CHURCH ON EVERY CORNER and our communities are the sickest and most impoverished! Every church has a different belief than the next. It's a great big political system of opinions. It's much less stressful and debilitating to stay home and believe what you want to believe to get you through the day. And yes, it can save you a lot of money while you're at it.

@baldwinvillage from a physical perspective, I agree that church is a place to fellowship and praise God. However, it's also the place where Christ ordained us to gather and receive instruction, encouragement, etc. via hearing the Word. He instructed us not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together, Heb. 10:25-27. I would much rather be in church where the presense of the Lord is. It's part of my personal worship; I'm making an effort to go to Christ, not just waiting on Christ to

God will judge the unsaved according to the revelation of God from nature and other testament from Religions and testimony of nature and their conscience.
We cannot go then and assume that Christ's work is irrelevant and therefore all is saved without repentance through faith.

As we see in John 17: 2, the ONLY other question that we MUST ASK OURSELVES is: "How many where given to the Son???"
And this will tell us how many will be given Eternal Life!!!
John 3:35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given ALL THINGS into his hand.
Aha!!! All things were given, and if ALL THINGS were given, then all things MUST be given ETERNAL LIFE!!
    IT is simple deductive LOGIC!
Would you know ANYTHING about that??

Romans 16:17-I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. No one is guaranteed tomorrow ( even though we may attempt to create the illusion that we are). The fact is God condemns no man; every man makes his choices & castes his die. Paul said don't be deceived. because he knew some people would wrongly CHOOSE HELL in self-deception. This is the clear implication of the I Cor 6:9 intro.

B, clarification doesn't work with those who are personally, financially, etc., invested in creating that hell for themselves & others mostly because it's the only behavioral pattern they understand, which is GOI terrifies them. having grown up around them, I know that for many of them, it's easier to just call CDP everything but a child of God than it is to undertake the daunting, lengthy yet powerful work of freeing oneself from the doctrine of institutionalized self-loathing.

The church, or religion uses a "do this, or else" approach to get the response to get what they want.
Jesus never threatened people to follow him.
I think Jesus said it best in Matthew 23:15,
"Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are."

I agree with the first part of your statement. I never said He died for all, it is you who keep saying that. You believe that Jesus died for all men but unless man accept the gift he is lost. John said salvation is not of mans will but of God.(Jn.1:12-13). Jesus said "ALL" that the Father give "WILL COME" and will never be cast out. (John 6:37). The gift salvation is only given to those who have be chosen by God. (Roman. 8:28-30).

Christianity has always been & is always inclusive because God loves us all. However He left instructions that Christians are to adopt in order to join Him in Heaven. He’s let us know what is sin, and that He doesn’t tolerate sin and well not co-habitate with sin. He’s told us that His word does not change. He’s told us that there’s a Heaven & a hell & that many will not make it into Heaven. He loves us all enough to describe hell ,,so that we can live accordingly in order to live in Heaven. He’s told us that He is coming back for a spotless bride ( saved Christians who believe & live as He has said in His Bible. Ten Commandments also left for us. He loves us all enough to allow us to accept His word or not. He left prophesies over 2K years ago to let us know what soul come & be signs of his coming; the very same prophesies are on CNN as current events in Russia (Ezekiel) & Middle East. He’s included all by inviting us all to live as Christians & according to His word.
