    Price kept up in Scotland and it has reduced consumption but has it increased other drug use ?

      There's a really well referenced response to this concern here (below). Without detracting from the urgency of the opioid crisis that Scotland is in the grips of, deaths from overdose started increasing sharply from 2014, whilst Minimum Unit Pricing (MUP) was only introduced in 2018.
