Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility

This motion calls for the publication of the submissions made to the government's discussion paper looking at the minimum age of criminal responsibility-alternative diversion model.
The Malinauskas government has a track record of adopting a clandestine approach to some of these submissions whereby they put out a discussion paper, invite public submissions, but not actually publish the submissions from the public.
