The idea of “LETTING GO” of my Mother, to being with 👑JESUS👑 was the Hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, besides seeing one of my younger sister’s leave this earth also, at the tender age of 32 from Breast Cancer. I’ve always had a direct relationship with God through my prayers. That’s where I feel him mostly. I lost that for while, while watching my husband go through some things. When I finally heard God’s voice again, it was through this song. PRAISE THE LORD!
This song is a treasure to me. I have been looking for it all day. I only remembered a few words and didn't know the artist. Last year Christmas 2019, I went to mom's house 4 hours away, as I did once a month. This time I knew I could not leave her. Her dementia had progressed enough that it was no longer safe. I knew I had to stay until I could figure out a plan. My kids brought my 3 cats from home, I already had the dog since she came with me for Christmas. Things got real hard as the disease progressed faster than I expected. I lost all hope. One day while doing an errand, I knew I needed to reach out to Jesus. I left my classic rock radio station and immediately found a station called K Love. This song started playing and tears just kept rolling down my face. I felt God was speaking to me through these lyrics. Long story short, my plan was not God's. Mom is in a very nice memory care unit close to her home. I lost my dog and 2 cats shortly after due to different diseases. They were family also. I now look back on that time and wish I had trusted God more and worried less. He gave me a gift of time with my mom I can never get back. 9 months. Oh how I love my momma. She is precious. I am going through a very difficult storm again and thought of this song. I told God I was sorry for not trusting Him completely last year. I clearly heard Him say in my heart, then learn to trust Me this time.
One of my favorite things about TobyMac is that he unlike other artists was already encouraging the people consistently even before the Covid pandemic ❤️ Thank you Toby for pointing “we the people” toward the light 🙏

I lost my 3 brothers when they were born. I always felt guilty, like it was my fault they died. Then last year I lost my uncle Matt. It was a hit in the heart. He was only 54. I used to cry in secret so my family thought I was strong. I lied. My little sister came into my room when I was in a break down. She just sat next to me and said, "God has him. I miss him to. It's not your fault that he became drunk and died. But he gave 10,000 dollars to the church." I felt like those words where the words I needed. Then she told me that Christmas was the last time we ever saw him. She was right. On Christmas 2019, I saw my uncle for the very last time. One of my friends told me to listen to this song. So J did. Now I feel great.

BD; One morn around 3 am as I was sleeping I then found myself in this other place. At first I was confused and afraid bc I didn't know what had happened. I was in an amber colored tunnel very beautiful. Outside the tunnel was the most brilliant white light brighter than any light I had ever seen. There were beautiful sparkles everywhere. I could step right out of the tunnel but I was afraid of leaving my son behind in the apartment by himself. It was the only thing that stopped me. Then I knew I would see God and God peaked at me from the brilliance of the light. I looked straight into His eyes, eyes which could pierce right through me. Then I sat up in bed and noticed the time said 3 o'clock. Will never forget this.

Omg thank you so much. I am in tears just having flashbacks of my life. Of how many stupid mistaked I've made, and how he sgill cares and loves about me..... I can't even believe how he loves me.... how incredible!!! Also, after everything I went throught this past year... I dan't descibe in words how alone I felt. And yet, I was never alone. After everyone has said and done to me, Ithought I was just a lost soul, and I didn't deserve to be alive anymore.... all this when I'm only 11 years old. He battled his spiritual voice, and tried so hard to stay, but I said, "I wouldn't let you leave them if they wouldn't make it...See, I've got them. They're in my hand. There's no better place for them to be. I've got them all the way." And when Daddy looked, he not only saw us in God's hand, but the whole world. And with seeing that, he walked into eternal life."
Peggy, I don't know what you and your family are going through. But, God does. Y'all are in His hands, and He's got you all the way. He won't let go. He won't run out on you.
