    I live in kirkby Stephen, Cumbria. I travel to Leeds a lot on the Leeds to Settle to Carlisle line, we don't have many trains and the timetable would seem balanced. However, they could with more carriages at certain times. These times can easily be pointed out but never or at least rarely more carriages.

      This is merely an empty stock move from Newton Heath to form a 2 car Hazel Grove, 2 car Chester and 4 car Chinley service all originating from Manchester Piccadilly between 1658 and 1723.

    • @101646
      @101646 Před 8 lety +1

      There is no reason they couldn't run in an 8 car formation. It would provide a generous capacity matching a 9 car Pendolino if it were to run with all vehicles in use.

      @@Great_WesternTVFan Nice stereotype. Also don't be an ass and overexaggerate. The pacers are far from the worst trains in the world. Look at Indian trains. No windows or doors, people ride on the roof and sides, no toilets, insane overcrowding, shitty locomotives, awful carriages and the list goes on. So do some research before pulling shit out of your ass.
