Just so you're aware incase you aren't already. The combination of having that window (or floodlight for filming but I assume window because its square) directly behind your camera with your beautiful bright shiny eyes, I can see a perfect reflection of your camera, prop head, and arms in each eye. If you off center that light at all it should take care of that. Unless you want me to see the reflection, then good work, keep it up. Love your videos and hope you enjoy your new home.
The best thing about this new setup? We can see ourselves! Look at the silhouette in the windows reflected in her eyes and you can see a vague outline of her setup. I must say, we look FABULOUS.
I watch a great deal of whisper videos and you are by far one of my top favorites. Your videos are always nice and long, which I love (too many 10-15 minute whisper videos out there IMHO), your concepts are simple (not a fan of obtuse concept videos), and your voice is equally relaxing whether you are whispering or softly speaking (a lot of people cannot pull that off). From the Unsolicited Advice Department: I used to have feet that pointed outward when I walked/ran. The trainer at my old gym told me to exercise the muscles that I use to turn my foot inward. Eventually, my feet started to point naturally straight ahead. Exercising the muscles that turn your feet outwards may help. Cheers.
First time commenter... might wanna check out foot specialist's custom shoe insoles (prescription only), they're made out of a strong ceramic and/or plastic and covered with neoprene. It's a life changer if your knees and back hurt from working out. Hope you're well; great video.

I really like making and canning my own stocks. For beef get knuckle bones and feet (for the collagen) and have the butcher saw any marrow bone for you. Douse them in vinegar (even add tomato paste) The acid helps break down the collagen as the bones roast. If you can roast in your stock pot, do it! You can save all the yummy drippings for the stock. This is my two cents for stock. Let us know how it comes out!

I'm a severe pronator, too, and I really recommend custom orthotics. Short of that, Asics has some really nice stability running shoes that I've been using for a year now.

I know this is a totally shallow comment, but I miss your bangs. It gives your hair such a great '60s look (although I don't know if that's what you're going for) and really frames your face. I moved a couple of months ago, though, and I kept my hair pulled back the whole time to keep from dripping sweat in my face while I packed and unpacked, so I know how it is.
