So in my opinion, your style is perfect ASMR. I find polished videos too rehearsed, the sound is too harsh, and therefore i actually struggle to relax to them often. The realistic sound quality, conversations and natural noises of work are what actually give me tingles. So dont change a thing!! (Unless you want to obviously, it is your page)
