Key is actually very supportive of Taemin learning English. He's often complimenting him, saying he's improving. It's so cute! The ding 🔔 dong 🔔 joke is from Taemin listening to audio lessons where he's supposed to listen to phrases and repeat. Now they sometimes randomly say ding dong after speaking English. :))

I love how Taemin speaks English, he just hammers away at it with no worries about making mistakes, which is the best way to approach learning a language.
I find, hilariously, his approach to Japanese is the same. He has a much larger vocabulary than his English vocab obvs, but he still just chaotically babbles away without worrying about conjugation or grammer mistakes. He also has the MOST Korean accent out of all the boys, both in English and Japanese but he just looks stoked to be chatting away. 😂 It kills me.

Nam Euisoo is Taemin's manager. Well, SHINee manager that was often assigned (paired) with Taemin. And Taemin usually exposes Euisoo's lovelife (or lack thereof) during his vlives. Theyre often together, especially when the 3 hyungs were still in the military. They boys are asking us to introduce Euisoo to someone. Hopefully he's gone on dates now since Taem is not keeping him busy. 😂
Edit: This must be said. Euisoo's IG is 10% SHINee and 90% Taemin, plus one of Euisoo's photo from the DCM stage where he asks for HELP. He may be missing Taemin more than any shawol.

EVERYONE loves how Taemin pronounces "adorable" and I find that's something I miss, along with the Vlives and SHINee members carpooling. Nam Geung Euisoo is Taemin's manager and friend. He is shy but thanks to our favorite maknae, I understand he has quite a following on social media now. Shawols appreciate how he takes care of Taemin. It must have been a wild last month transporting Taemin before the hiatus. We also love Kkoong (Kkoongie) 😸 and I'm sure she and Taemin dearly miss each other. (Taemin's brother is looking after her while he is away.) Again, thanks for the good cheer and see you soon.

hi yetti! thank you for reacting to the video! i highkey get second hand embarrassment from my own videos especially these older ones hehe. i’ll just add some context to everything, so basically these videos are just compilations of my tiktoks, so i apologise for the poor structure and lack of context for the clips. I started making these compilations after i found out that there were many shawols who either wanted an easy accessible place for all the tiktoks, or for those shawols who don’t have tiktok at all! i had found out many of my tiktoks were shared on various social media’s so I thought, eh, why not just post them here. during late 2020- early 2021 taemin was doing HEAPS of vlives practicing his English (which is really damn commendable) so this was just a small portion of them (probably 1 or 2 months worth) which happens to include the other shinee members! the other compilations before and after should be somewhat in chronological order but they’re also pretty messy until you get to the more recent ones (if you wanna watch them in your spare time ofc!) thank you again! I’ve been keeping up with your channel since the start of your shawol journey 🤍

I told you Taemin's English is just the cutest thing ever!!! Key may tease him about it but that's just what brothers do but he's also super supportive and helps him out so much! I know I also told you that Taemin is absolutely adorable with his little kitten! I just love that Taemin isn't shy about practicing his English with us. The one part that you didn't quite understand, Taemin was saying that if you gain weight from eating delicious foods then do their Don't Call Me choreography because it will make you lose weight lol.

Taemin’s accent is the cutest ever
If you are studying English using a phonics app or video there usually is a ding sound that plays when you are correct -- often they say "repeat after me" and then you say a sentence and if you get it right than the program makes a ding dong noise to indicate you were right and that it is moving on to the next question or phrase, etc. So that is why Key says ding dong, because he is saying that Taemin was correct or he got it right.
Namgoong Euisoo is Taemin's manager and often is SHINee's main manager when they are together as a group. He is the one that is driving the car during all their livestreams on their way to events or back home at night, etc. when Taemin has solo events or when they have group activities. Euisoo is more like family to them. They are always picking on him. He is almost as famous as SHINee because the members talk about him and even film him in their livestreams so often. So fans consider him just another member of SHINee's family a lot of the time. LOL If you want to understand more about their relationship with their manager you should check out videos, such as how "SHINee won't let their manager live" or "Manager Euisoo babysitting Taemin".
Taemin and his English speaking is just so stinking cute. And I love watching him play with kkoong. He loves her SO MUCH!! And Key and Taemin together in the car for vlives will never not make me crack up! They are too much!

Learning a second language isn't easy but this is Taemin's THIRD language which makes it even harder! So proud of him!

You should download vlive. Taemin and Key get on there the most or would use instagram on their drives home. On vlive their lives are saved and you can replay the clips. If Onew gets on he doesn't get on camera but will record his voice and he always sings endless songs by other artists. SHINee all have instagrams and follow each other. I added Key first since he got insta way backnin 2013 his name there is bumkeyk and you can find Onew's, Minho's, and Taemin's insta. Taemin and Onew's insta name are complicated names, so that why I wrote you Key's insta name instead. You can rewatch their vlives. They are too funny.

Taemin just started to actively learn English at the beginning of 2020. He used SHAWOLs via his VLIVEs, Bubble, IG, etc., as his tutors and just blurted out anything and everything he could. It was so "odorable" (his favorite word). Once Key returned from the military(the only one of them fluent in English), he, like the mom he is, started helping his baby hyung quite a bit. It was also a source of hilarity for Key as well. Nam G. Euisoo is one of SHINee's manager & Taemin's personal manager. Taemin basically made him famous and talks about his nonstop - outing his relationship status, recording him dancing to Taemin's songs (PYN & Move), etc. Once all the SHINee members returned, Taemin also got them in the act. Poor Euisoo is the most famous idol manager thanks to Taemin, but he's also much loved by SHINee (especially Taemin) and SHAWOLs. Their vlives are so funny, especially since there a lot of spoiling (headed by Taemin), english sessions (with Key and the other members very supportive of Taemin), and teasing manager Nam Euisoo. It didn't only happen once, even the other members are asking someone to be introduced to manager since he doesn't have lovelife lol! The "odorobol" started on their first vlive together after coming back when a fan commented "you are adorable" and Taemin who kept on speaking in english read it as "odorable". Since then they always use this.

They say "ding dong" because in Korea during English class in school, and English lessons in general, during parts where you have to listen and repeat or write what someone is verbally saying to test your listening skills there is a "ding dong" sound before the part you are required to listen to.
Key is basically the English teacher for Shinee members, he corrects the members English most often since he speaks it the best. He sometimes gets this "omg im so done with you" face but he still always patiently corrects their pronunciations and stuff which is really great. I really like them speaking English because even if they don't do so well they still try their best and keep learning and help each other, and even if they laugh at each others mistakes sometimes (or even their own) it's never in a bad way and they always still correct them and help them.
