Some awesome stuff here Andrew, the quick actions bar is a great shout I'd just tweak what buttons are on there. The delete button I'd move to the edit screen as delete should be a conscious action not something you could accidentally hit when try to tap favourite, this will also give more space to the other buttons. Have you considered having like a "pill box" in the right hand corner that shows the status? This could then be tapped to allow a user to change the status and you'd be able to assign a colour to it to help users understand the flow easier (similar to traffic light system). Keep up the good work :)
I’m right there with you! I also removed the delete action from the bar for the same justification! I like the idea of the status-badge..I originally held off because the “current status” is very clear when looking at the projects tab due to the segment control…but I could see it being real useful on the dashboard 👀👊🏼 Also, I appreciate you! maybe add a on swipe menu to update the status of a project instead? swipe a card right and I am presented with the options to move it to either of the other options
I had originally considered that and it’s still something I’d consider but I’d be afraid of introducing too many actions to these components before a user even tests it!🤘🏼
