Phil is a legend. He calls a spade a spade which is not as common these days as it should be. He would be a great trainer for riders coming into thier own. He would give a realistic approach as to what to expect in the pros and not suger coat it. Hope he pulls a podium in a main before he finishes up his career in the pros.
