Its a promo piece for the surrounding land you don’t own. Needs more information on the land you do, and the home. There is a reason this did not sell for 15M, or 14M, or its current price, which is about twice where it should start to get an offer.

Kind of stupid to not show the house in better detail. No info about utilities, either. Maybe they expect you to drink bottled water and sit by the fire for light. Inflation is going to be a huge stumbling block for making this sell. This video doesn't help. Oh wait! I noticed the weak chandeliers that are supposed to light up that room at night? Maybe the producer of the video just wants to show off drone skills? If the whole thing isn't farmed footage from other sources. It's basically useless as far as promoting the property is concerned.
