I think it's a combination of 2 because they are two very different people, whom are conversely adopting each other's habits and adapting very well to each other's personalities, needs and wants.
On JM's side is TOUCH and i think JK has gotten very well used to it, to the point where he also wants to reciprocate but mainly allows JM to do with him almost anything.
On JK'a side is WORDS OF AFFIRMATION it doesn't matter what JM does, JK will ALWAYS find a way to make him feel like he is the best, like he is worth everything and deserves anything.

Hey TheBestofJikook, I was watching some things on body language and specifically mirroring. I wanted to find some Jikook videos about JM and JK mirroring each other, because I've seen them do it and it's really cute, but I couldn't really find anything good 🙃. Most are just examples of them copying each other, which they obviously like doing but it's not the same thing. I would really like to see a The Best of Jikook Mirroring video about them unconsciously mirroring each other and I know you make good videos
