    Great job cleaning the car as always. But, for general info: we have known since summer 2020 that surfaces are not a meaningful route of transmission for covid. You can read this for yourself in many places including CDC website or really any other health agency. Unless you're putting your hand in freshly expelled body fluids and touching your face almost right away, not really a worry. That being said, a hospital worker could track all sorts of other lingering things in there including MRSA.

    Terrific detail to a really nice vehicle. This was a very nice gesture for you to take care of Mitch and I'm sure the owner really appreciates it. Keep killing it.

Great job man, keep working on your craft and making people in your community and others happy through your work.

    Another amazing job. This detail answered questions I had about how or if you handled medical biohazards. And things such as blood Bourne pathogens. I saw the detail with the deer blood, but certainly human blood presents a special hazard. Do any of your interior products contain sanitizers? The steam is very effective but a light mist of sanitizer would provide that extra layer of protection.

      @Kl14171 Před 2 lety +5

      @Casper Lindberg are you a nurse or work in the health care field now or in the past 3ish years? There is no exaggeration going on. Without kids, they're looking at miming 50-65 hours/week. With kids and 50ish hours per week working a super physically and mentally demanding job and clearly taking care of other family members in the process, there is no exaggerating. Even in radiology, we're being hung by our toes to dry because we're so overworked. Nurses do more than we do. Unless if you're in their shoes, do not say someone in the healthcare field is exaggerating anything, because 9/10 times, they're not.

      As a UK car detailer/valeter myself I thought I'd give you an answer on Detail Geek's behalf. On a full interior/exterior valet I'll use between 15-30 towels depending on how big or dirty the car is:
      *Exterior*
      Drying towels x1 or (or x2)
      Sealant application/buffing towels x3 (to x5)
      Wheels and trim APC x2 (or x3)
      *Interior*
      Windows in and out x4 (to x6)
      Interior APC x3 (to x5)
      Interior detailing/dressing x3 (to x5)
      If you're not doing a professional job you can get away with five to ten for the whole valet. However, if you're charging you need to stock up on plenty of good quality towels and a load of cheap microfibre general cleaning cloths - for dirty jobs like wheels, door sills, hinges etc. - that can be thrown after a couple of uses.
