I do not know what will change when many new people migrate to the Cape seeking employment. I don't think much can change overnight but better planning for future housing is imperative. You will now say that there is a housing list, I see your efforts and appreciate that, but when will government come to the party and take the housing list and fill these empty homes. I have seen these houses stand empty for two years.
