STEWART! Hey, buddy! Sorry for taking so long to get around to commenting on this video. I've watched it a couple of times already and I know we've talked about it but I still have to leave a comment. Absolutely great! The pieces are very nice and I agree that they really look their best when they are displayed together. It's also great to see more and more statues that actually have display options in terms of subtle articulation or alternate heads. I hope we see more of that from collectibles.
The video itself is brilliant! One of your best. Excellent job on the editing and commentary. I still love the "chapters" that you include for the different segments of the review. Really looking forward to the next video. Bring on the BvS collectibles!!!

So good to see you back! It's been a while since the last time you've done a video. Great statue.
I really loved the BvS:UE. All the cast was great. Ben Affleck killed it as Batman, so did Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. Jesse Eisenberg's Lex was an excellent bad guy. What I love the most about this movie is that despite having so many memorable scenes and characters, Superman was the true hero of the story. Superman not only sacrificed himself but he also saved Batman from becoming a monster, if you think about it. He inspired Batman and everyone in the end. This movie was more about Superman as a public figure, rather than just another character, and how the world views him as either a hero or a villain. This is probably the most ambitious comic book movie I've seen. Can't wait for Wonder Woman, Justice League and the Man of steel Sequel.

Have been recovering from an Achilles' tendon injury/surgery which has slowed me down significantly! Glad to hear that you liked BvS too!! The Ultimate Edition really elevated the movie significantly in my opinion too. I agree with everything you said buddy. The whole cast nailed it especially Henry! Thanks for the support buddy!

Ordered both of these badboys from eBay earlier and this review just confirms what I originally thought - that I DEFINITELY did the right thing! Can't wait to own these guys soon. Oh and I LOVED the movie! It's now my fav film of all time. I can't understand the negativity surrounding it AT ALL to be honest. Anyway, great review!

Hello, can you tell me the exact dimensions of the batman v superman artfx statue when they both connected as one piece including the base ? Thanks !!!
Sorry for the delay Talor I've been recovering from an injury. Once both statues are assembled they measure between 10" and 11" wide and the same high with superman in the lower fighting position. Shouldn't take up too much space on a shelf. Hope that helps, thanks for commenting

Great video - I have been a massive superman fan and picked up a figure recently for my 7 year old. I would love to start collecting some of these timeless figures you have in your collection which is awesome. Do you get lots from the US? I get I'm playing catch up but any advice on good places to go other than eBay?
I didn't like the movie, to be honest, but I'm seriously considering buying this statue! They're amazing! But getting they both is a must. They look kinda weird on their own. Together they look fantastic! Awesome video bro!

you gotta watch to the batman v superman ultimate edition. its 10× better than the theatrical edition (and i really liked the theatrical version)
Thanks for watching and commenting Dhruv!! Yeah I watched the Ultimate Edition last week and I agree it makes the movie SO much better with really necessary subplots with Clark and dozens of important scenes and shots that should have remained.
+stewmurray47 yeah the theatrical cut felt like a batman centric film with superman as the main supporting role. the ultimate edition however felt like an actual batman and superman movie.

almost every armored batman all these companies are doing are nice except for the armor paint apps to dark and not enough silver to it
I can only imagine they're all given pre-vis design artwork/images and that's what they base their paint apps and designs on. Similar to man of Steel, all the Superman merchandise had Supes suit looking reasonably bright and then when the movie came out and Snyder had colour corrected it, the movie didn't really match how they looked in person. Still really happy with this one though. Thanks for watching and commenting buddy

Hey thanks for the kind words Michael, sadly I got hurt back in May and had to undergo Achilles tendon repair surgery which has meant a LONG recuperation period. Still not able to walk properly but i'm getting better day by day. I've still been picking up some awesome statues and figures and i'll try to get back to reviewing as soon as I can! is it me or is the head sculpt terrible!
I enjoyed the Doomsday fight at the end, they had a great Wonder Woman with a great theme, Afflek was great (with what he had), the cast in general was great (minus Eisenberg), and I was happy Superman didn't kill any one this time (I'm sure that guy he flew through the wall was...fine...), but it was poorly paced/edited, Batman fans may be justifiably angry about his body count (seriously: Batman had a body count?)...and it really suffers with the inevitable comparison now that I've seen Civil War. Cool statue though.
