कहते है अगर लक्ष्य बड़ा हो तो सफ़र उतना ही चुनौतियों से भरा होता है। लेकिन हर लक्ष्य को प्राप्त किया जा सकता है अगर आपके अंदर उसको प्राप्त करने का जोश और जुनून हो। उत्तरप्रदेश के ज़िले गौतमबुद्ध नगर की तहसील दादरी के छोटे से गांव कोंडली बांगर की रहने वाली दीपा भाटी की कहानी इस बात को साबित करती है कि अगर आपके अंदर बड़ा करने का जोश और जज़्बा है तो कोई भी लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। दीपा भाटी जी ने शादी के 18 साल बाद 40 वर्ष की उम्र में UPPCS 2021 की परीक्षा में 166वीं रैंक हासिल करके अपने गाँव क्षेत्र का नाम रोशन किया।
दीपा भाटी जी एक बेहद सामान्य से परिवार से आती है। उनके पिता मोटर पार्ट्स की छोटी सी दुकान चलते थे और माता जी शिक्षिका थी। दीपा जी बताती है कि शादी के बाद वो पूरी तरह से अपने परिवार के कामकाज में व्यस्त हो गयी थी। लेकिन इसी बीच कुछ ऐसा हुआ कि उन्होंने तय किया कि वो State Civil Services की तैयारी करेंगी। Civil Services Journey के दौरान मिली असफलता , लोगों के ताने और परिवार को समय न देने जैसी कई चुनौतियों के कारण उनको अवसाद को झेलना पड़ा। इस पूरी UPPCS Journey में उनके परिवार ने उनका साथ दिया।
दीपा जी ने जोश और हार न मानने के जज़्बे के साथ परीक्षा की तैयारी में लग गयी और 2021 में UPPCS की परीक्षा में 166 वीं रैंक हासिल करके ये साबित कर दिया कि कुछ पाने के लिए उम्र कोई मायने नहीं रखती है।
आज दीपा जी अपने गाँव और कस्बे की ही नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश की महिलाओं के लिए एक प्रेरणा का स्रोत्र बन चुकी है।
