ASE 2022 | Studio Visit with Abigail Coachi

Abigail Coach '22 speaks about her work and artistic process. Abby shoots in digital, but edits her photographs in post to give them a film-like quality. She takes inspiration from current events, finding issues that she wants to shed light on through her artwork. People are often her subjects and she explores their stories through portraiture.
This series was created in conjunction with the Berman's "Annual Student Exhibition 2022." The ASE showcases the work made by art students and majors in the disciplines of painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, installation, mixed media and photography.
