- It took nearly three weeks of almost daily building, but we finally finished an instant favorite. We’re so glad we decided to rig it up with dominoes throughout the castle-it was so satisfying to watch it collapse in style.
Build Facts
- 12000+ planks (we nearly ran out)
- 50+ man hours of work
- One forced rebuild (a falling block activated the destruction mechanisms underneath the castle about halfway through the build process)
- Had to use pliers to reach inside one of the buildings and replace some fallen dominoes
- Falling roof planks nearly destroyed the castle again on multiple occasions

Thanks! I’ve been watching you and your brother’s videos for years, and it has never ceased to amaze me. Me and my brother built that castle over the span of about three weeks last summer, and it’s still one of our favorite builds. I can’t wait to see what you guys make next!

@@franckplanks And congratulations on making so many videos, please keep it up it is great to see. We didn't have as much time for kaplas recently, but we are planning to do some big collaborative projets soon.
It was fun reverse engineering the bridges and walls as a kid, and fairly recently we figured out the force multipliers to knock huge buildings.
Your brother emailed me a few months ago after seeing my videos; apparently he wants to shatter the world record for the tallest Kapla building. I’d love to see that happen, plus me and my brother are finally getting our passports soon :)
