Damn, you actually invented a pretty cool ADHD test. I have ADHD and I found the 4 different types of circle test really hard.

@Mr.Walking Ward I dunno. This is by no means a test, but you might want to think about these things: Do you have working memory (I.e. short term memory) issues? I.e. do you frequently forget things that your were told 30 seconds ago? Do you struggle to follow instructions? Do you frequently forget what you wanted to do? Like go into the kitchen and think "what did I come in here for?" Even from a very young age? Do you misplace things frequently?
Are you a restless person? Do you find it hard to switch off? Is your mind always active? Do you think about several things at once? Do you find yourself frequently interrupt people?
Do you find it hard to process all your thoughts, because there are so many? Do you find it hard to make sense of your thoughts?
@Mr.Walking Ward please go to a professional. many diff disorders/diseases/etc. can cause these issues. also these problems are normal and happen to everyone once in a while, it’s only adhd if they occur regularly, are interfering with your everyday life and have been occurring since childhood. self diagnosing is harmful for every “real” adhd sufferer. best of luck:) i hope you don’t have it, it made a lot of things a lot harder in life for me.

I usually have a hard time feeling tingles, just mildly. Writing gets the closest, or turning pages, but moving that magnet across the clipboard worked better than anything. More of that (it looks like wood?)
I was def worried something might have happened but I'm glad to hear it was just a little forgetting. Love your video,, needed it before sleeping tbh. I am now very tired and very grateful I discovered your channel few years ago 🤭

I was diagnosed with ADHD around a decade ago and this reminds me of my evaluation
So it's hard enough to process the color circle challenge that quickly and even worse when you short sighted and don't have your glasses on I was not expecting a challenge for my ADHD when I'm trying to fall asleep. But really enjoyed this video even though I am now painfully aware of how bad my memory really is.

I like this video . I had add when I was little a girl. I still have a hard time sitting down. I always get up and walk a around everyday but I do try to sit down. I get unappreciated to also so it's complicated. I also have other problems and issues to that why I like and love watching your videos lizi it's helps me alot.
