I saw this uncanny similarity with Moses story when I came across Paul saying Israelites were baptised by crossing the Red Sea, and I put the rest of the puzzle together, and been preaching this to friends ever since. It’s been more than an year now.
One of the things I discovered was a connection between the Korah rebellion and Christ!!!! After Moses cousin, Korah, leads a huge rebellion (kinda like Judas) and many are swallowed by the earth.... Moses tests the leaders to see whose instructions we should FOLLOW, and who should be the HIGH PRIEST! Aaron's dead branch (Jesus) came to life with fresh buds (fruit)!!! Not only does this point to Yeshua as our High Priest, but it points to Yeshua upholding and affirming the Law of God. It is why the branch, the manna, and the book of the Law are to be in the ark, our hearts!!!!

I LOVE this!!! Everything always points back to Jesus, our Yeshua Salvation! We definitely need to study their ancient path for these clues on how to walk in righteousness and learn from their mistakes. I believe the promised land is God's Torah. If you walk in it, abiding in it, everything you do will produce FRUIT! However, once we discover His Instructions and begin walking in the promised land, we end up not only fighting the external giants of opposing God's Laws, but our actual DEEP SIN nature! @noahcole6856 If you read the front of the Bible it makes perfect sense. We obey God and FOLLOW His son, who is the WORD of God from the beginning. God warns over and over throughout Scripture and in the prophets that we are to NEVER turn away from Him or His Law, and that false teachers are those teaching against His Law. Just like the enemy in the garden who deceived Eve, MANY will come bearing His Name and claiming to Love the WORD (JESUS) of God. The end times teachers are foretold to do violence to God's Law and cast it behind there backs. They reject and rebel against it. The Pharisees were always rebuked for NOT KEEPING God's Law, or holding their traditions above His Law. They read God's Law in the synagogues and Jesus said LISTEN TO WHAT THEY READ, but do not do what they do, because they speak the WORD, but do not DO IT! Even Stephen got stoned for pointing out their hypocrisy. It's why Jesus called them HYPOCRITES. The Jews in the New Testament who came to Christ actually became zealous for God's Law. Scripture says His Law is eternal. Who would deceive everyone to disobey God's Law and worship under the WRONG TREE (XMAS)? The LIAR who disguises himself as an angel of light. He is called the Lawless One and His children are called SONS OF DISOBEDIENCE. You can't follow a perfectly obedient Messiah by being disobedient. There is a True Shepherd and a false one. When we repent and are baptized we are dead to sin and breaking God's Law, we are no longer serving flesh and disobedience. We are risen to abide in Christ (the WORD of God). We serve Him in righteousness.

And I think the promised land is ‘entering into His rest.’ If we accept the atoning blood of the lamb for ourselves (personally), then we don’t have to wander in the wilderness (as my grandfather put it: to walk to school uphill both ways in 10 foot of snow) anymore. We walk out of the wilderness into the promised land of Christs arms.

Well, I'm afraid most christians will never find out what the promised land is or what it represents. Would love to buy the book, but there is a lot of red-tape and banning of bringing Christian books into Vietnam where I live.

I like this video, I am happy you have had this revelation. Now I hope you and all Christians will see that, like the simularities of our journeys into salvation and the journeys of conversion that the Israelites went through, the laws and the commandments given to them have hidden but important significance. The laws were fulfilled, not abolished, and the ten commandments still stands. Even written on the tablet of our hearts.
Also Jesus bled from his forehead in the garden before he was arrested. Which was when he accepted the will of the father to be the sheep that saved Abrahams son from death. The spiritual acceptance happended before the physical happened.

I understand the appeal of such stories for christians, but my question is, how do you guys deal with the clear contradiction in the bible ? and how the trinity doesn’t make logical sens? aren’t we all seeking truth? if so how can you still be christian and try to be a logical person.

the manna is the bread of life which is the word of God. Jesus is the "living manna" that brings life in the desert. "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God" This has nothing to do with the Eucharist
