First Ever UCI Enduro World Cup Overall Winners! | EDR Finale In Châtel | Racing News Show

After a frantic weekend of @uci_mtbworldseries racing in Châtel in the Haute-Savoie region, the first-ever UCI Enduro World Cup (EDR) and UCI E-Enduro World Cup (E-EDR) Overall Winners were crowned! Racing in Châtel was incredibly tight with just 0.04 separating first and second in the E-EDR Elite Women's race, and titles coming down to the wire across the rest of the categories. As well as the EDR/E-EDR season finales, we were treated to some great racing in Cross Country Marathon (XCM) in Morzine. Rich Payne is here to break down the results, and reveal who made it to the top of the leaderboards!

It felt like there was a heap of coverage of the EDR early, the Tasmanian rounds, but it got less and less as the season went on, plus a huge hiatus in the middle. It’s fantastic, so much better than downhill and surely a better representation of what real riders are doing or aspiring to do, including the E-EDR(?).
Yes, harder to cover than downhill because it’s spread out, but worth it.

Incredible year of Enduro. I pray there's a resurgence in the excitement behind EDR. Live coverage of the races if possible, or a behind the scenes "drive to survive" type show to drive new fans. Idk just wishful thinking
